LV Panels

Neptune panels are manufactured with best quality CRCA sheet steels for lasting strength and the fine finish. The fabrication of different parts of the panel is carried out on advanced CNC turret punching press and CNC press brake. All the modular parts and sections are subjected to seven tank process to ensure anti-rust conditioning, smooth finish and protection against corrosive atmosphere. High quality powder coating is applied using the latest Swiss machines. 






 

Features (PCC)

  • Power Control Center are used for Low Tension Power Distribution in Power Substations of the complete establishment i.e. Power substations of large industrial plants, processing industries, and they are the heart of total electrical system in any industry.
     

  • The switchboards offers are available in fixed and semi-draw out type design. The panels are made in single front design and are constructed as per IS:8623.


Features (MCC)

  • Motor Control Center (MCCs) are metalenclosed, factory bu i l t assemblies manufactured i n accordance with internationally accepted standards like IEC-439 and IS-8623.
     

  • The MCCs are designed in fixed type construction and available in single front and doubel front design are fully compartmentalized. Fully shrouded power cable terminations ensure shock hazard protection

Life Line Series Power Factor Correction Panel

  • Neptune offers intelligent power factor correction panels in joint venture with M/s Ducati energia, Italy for Reactive Power Compensation. The panels are available in contactor switching, thyristor switching.We are also offer Harmonic Block Reactor Panels.
PLC basedDGSynchronization Panel
  • Neptune also offers intelligent DG Synchronizing Panel which allows to synchronized the DG set of different ratings & feed the power on a common bus.
     
  • The panel also provided with manual synchronization with all the protected relays
    and annunciations windows, hooters with all the required accessories.

Mobile Power Distribution Assemblies

  • Neptune has specially developed the power distribution assemblies used for general power distribution. The panel is designed for the entire protection of current leakage and all the outgoing are provided through insulated type insulated type Plug & Sockets backed up by ELCBs and MCBs. The board is specially designed for easy movement at site.

Automatic Power Factor Correction system
  • In Life Line Series P.F. Compensation System the power range goes from 50 kvar to 1000 kvar.They are designed for medium to large load networks. They are highly reliable, cost effective solution for maintaining high network power factor.
     
  • They are ultimate solution for compensation of unbalanced loads. The compensation is released by measuring the reactive power of the system,through 3 CTs from all 3 phases. This makes it best suited even for most unbalanced loads apart from balanced loads.



 

  • High electrolytic grade Aluminium Busbar installed on TP supports.
     

  • Discharge resistors (MOR) Standard One year warranty with NSL-10 Capacitor or three Year warranty with Long Life LL-10 Mono16 Capacitors.
