Real Time Data
Real Time page displays the Real Time
Values of meter.
If any parameter exceeds the alarm limit
then it will start blinking on the
real time page also the alarm button on the
left top of the window will start blinking.
User can get the details of all such alarmed
feeders by clicking the button. The software
also provided an provides an audio sound indication. (It is assumed that PC has

RS 485 BUS Status
This page shows the status of the each
meter added to the software. i.e. whether
meter is connected to RS485 bus or not.
Meters will be displayed according to port
on which it has been added.
In the first column of the page physical
meter address of each meter added to the
software are shown and in second column the
name of corresponding meter is shown and in
the third column the communication status of
corresponding meter is displayed.
indicates that Smart PIU meter is connected to the software.
indicates that Smart PIU meter is NOT connected to the software (i.e. open circuit at the meter end or meter is not
energised).
Any Meter Any Parameter Real Time Display
This feature is useful when user wants
to monitor any group of parameters for
different feeders or when user has to
monitor all feeders' parameters.
Select the feeder(s) for which the
parameters has to be monitored. (multiple
feeders can be selected by holding shift key
& pressing mouse over the desired
feeders)
Select the parameter(s) as per requirement.
(multiple parameters can be selected by
holding shift key & pressing mouse over
the desired parameters).
To add the selected parameter of the
selected feeders user has to hit the
">>" button.
After adding the selected parameters of the
selected feeders user can view the list
along with the feeder names to confirm the
parameters to see.
If any parameter(s) is added by mistake then
user can remove the parameter by selecting
the particular parameter & hitting
"<<" button.
Click on the refresh button to view the real
time readings of the various meters.
In short, this is a real time display for
all feeders & all parameters.
Graph
Before viewing Graph, please ensure that
the scale for that set of parameters has
already been set. Scale can be set through
setting => scale and then selecting
desired feeder and parameter group. User can
enter Upper bounds and Lower bounds. Hit
"Apply" button after entering
threshold values.
Please note that scale for the 'Power
Factor' is always - 1 to 1 and user is not
allowed to set the same. User has to select
the parameter group and set the desired time
over which he wants to see the graph then
click the show button to view the graph.
Graph will be shown for the meter which is
under monitor. If the meter gets disconnected
then the graph will stop and tit will resume
automatically after the meter is
reconnected.
User can zoom the graph up to 500% of the
original size . Graph can be zoomed Horizontally
by dragging the slider which is just above
the graph. Graph can be zoomed Vertically by
dragging the slider which is just right side

Click on the refresh button to view the real
time graphs of the various parameters for
the various meters.
User has to click the refresh button after
each update in the Meter/parameter selection
list or change in the scales of the selected
parameters.
User can see the name of feeder on left side
of each small window. The parameter name at
the bottom of the window. Any values present
on the graph can be viewed by clicking the
mouse cursor or the graph line of the small
window.
In short, this is real time graph for all
feeders & all parameters.
Please note that sufficient memory should be
available for viewing all meter's all
parameters graph, Else software would
malfunction at any point of operation.
Historical Graph (Trends)
Note that unlike real time graph
Historical Graph does not need scale to be
set. It will automatically decide the scale.
For viewing, User has to select the
parameter group and set the start date and
end date along with the time.
After hitting the 'Show' button Graph will
be shown for the meter which is under monitor.

& time, ending date and time, ending
date and time as desired. User can set the minimum
time interval between two successive
readings. If the record for the particular
time interval is not present it won't show
any record line.
Select the parameter(s), feeder(s) and hit
show button. The time required for the
display the data will vary according to time
duration selected & free memory (RAM)
available for the software.
The generated report can be exported to spreadsheet
utility such as Excel, Export file will be
generated and stamped as data @time and file
will be paced in "export\report\"
(directory by default ) in the home path of
software.
Alarm Report
Alarm Report generates a tabular report indicating the Alarmed Parameters either on higher side or lower side.) User has to select the starting date for the suspected alarmed feeders. The color for the parameters, passed the Alarm High Limit is HIGH & the color for the parameters, passed the Alarm Low Limit is LOW. The normal values in the table are indicated as NORMAL.
The generated report can be exported to spreadsheet utility such as Excel. Export file will be generated and stamped as date@time and file will be placed in export\alarm\" directory in the home path of the software.
If the email option is enabled, when any parameter has crossed the defined values an email would be send to the configured email id. If software has failed to send the email, then user can hit the "Failure Log (Email)" button for obtaining the Email Failure REPORT
Please note that for sending email alert, an Internet connection should be available at the PC where software is installed.
