Elsteel is an internationally reputed company manufacturing Low Voltage Type Tested Modular Enclosure systems, plus 19" Cabinets, Instant Panels, Terminal Boxes and Wall Mounted Boxes both in Mild (IP65) and Stainless Steel (IP66). Techno Module

TECHNO MODULE is a patented 3 dimensional construction system for making panel boards.

It is fully type tested in accordance with IEC 60439-1 equivalent to BS 5486 part 1. Many type tests have been and carried out at independent and accredited test stations, in IPH Berlin and Falcon Testing Laboratories in UK (ASTA). Techno Module is also tested for Internal Arc Faults at the Australian Electrical Testing Station Adelaide plus seismic (earthquake) tests. Elsteel Techno Module systems provide cost effective, high quality, low voltage electrical enclosures to customer requirements. Due to the modular design changes to the panels are easy during assembly or after commissioning

Instant Plate

The concept of this system is to economically build a panel Instantly. The huge advantage is that all TM parts fits in to this panel. The panel is built by assembling sides, top and bottom plates to suit your panel size Instantly. Assembly time will not be more than 15 minute. There after door, covers, mounting plates, cross sections, busbar's can be assembled.

Storing Instant plates is the other benefit since very little space is required. When fully assembled panel will reach a IP 55 rating. Just as the TM panel any changes to sizes, dividing into sections during or after assembly is possible.

    Degree of Protection (IP test) was carried out according to IEC 529, for Box enclosures made of mild steel and painted in gray (RAL 7032). The requirements for IP55 construction were fulfilled.

    Degree of Protection (IP test) was carried out according to IEC 529, for Techno Module & Instant Panel made of mild steel and painted in gray (RAL 7032). The requirements for IP55 construction were fulfilled.

    Temperature rise test was carried out according to IEC 439-1 edition 1985.
